White Paper
Scissors
Paint half of a popsicle stick red.
Paint the other half of the popsicle stick blue.
Repeat this process for three more popsicle sticks.
Paint one popsicle stick white.
Paint one popsicle stick red.
Glue a the painted popsicle sticks to a plain popsicle stick.
Cut nine stars out of white paper.
Glue the stars on the blue section on the sticks.
You're all finished!
